Are you looking for a custom made aquarium or looking to build an oceanarium? If so please be wary of a company out of Singapore and Brisbane who are engaged in this business. What they do is not send all the items that were originally quoted in the bid, charge for things that are never received, and don't even provide an owners manual so you know how to operate the equipment. Can it get ay worse? Yes it can. The management in Australia says he can't be bothered to check on the items before the equipment gets shipped. Furthermore, he uses a business platform to ask for personal "scholarship money" or "sponsorship money" for his personal benefit. Semantics aside, this is nothing more than being unethical and unprofessional in the line of business while soliciting money for his personal gain. If this employee were working under me, he would be fired immediately for such improprietary measures.
Below is the quote I received. Please note that air freight did not happen( sea freight instead) and the $1600 for the airstones has not been refunded. What's worse, the aquarium was promised to be delivered ready to go. Was it? Of course it wasn't. I had to pay for the independent contractor ($1300 ) to come and install the aquarum and it took the independent contractor 4 days to get it up and running.
Update: August 6, 2003-- The outstanding balance still hs not been paid even though it was promised to be paid some time ago.

In summation, we do not recommend this company if you want honest, reliable and trustworthy business. If you want to be taken advantage of then this is the company for you.
